These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all transactions concluded with you, the customer, via Ikon Online (the "Website") Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By using the Website you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions which shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Ikon Limited ("Ikon").

Ikon reserves the right to alter or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notification to you. Ikon can amend, discontinue or remove content displayed on the Website, including product and service information or specification on the Website, without liability

All elements of the Website content and all logos, photography, graphics, software and video clips are protected by UK copyright laws. You are entitled to view the Website and to print pages of the Website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Ikon. However, any copying or downloading from the Website without written permission from Ikon is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement of copyright.

You are not permitted to use Ikon trademarks or the trademarks of any third party without the prior written consent of Ikon or such third parties that may own the trademarks.

If you are under 18 years of age you must gain parental/guardian approval to submit data, receive updates or purchase goods online. You are still bound by these Terms and Conditions and use of the Website will be taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that the Website and any goods that you obtain from the Website are provided for your personal use only and may not be used for any commercial purposes or distributed commercially without Ikon's permission.

Ikon will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place when goods are dispatched to you at which point the purchase contract is made. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever. If we do decline an order a member of our customer services team will contact you and will refund in full any charges which have been incurred.

 

You will be referred to our customer services team where a bulk order is involved.

 

Ikon will send you an email when goods are dispatched.

 

When the free delivery or collection option is selected, if it is offered, then the goods will be made available for collection at the designated point of delivery (e.g. contracted university or school) on the stated date.

 

When the postage option is selected, goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of the receipt of your order except when orders are being placed in advance (see next section) or where any individual printing or embroidery or engraving is required when dispatch will normally be within 10 days of receipt of your order.

 

We do not accept any orders from outside the United Kingdom through this web site, except for delivery to a designated point of delivery in the United Kingdom. Postage costs only apply to deliveries made within the UK. If you wish to have goods delivered outside of the United Kingdom please email customerservices@ikonsports.com or call 0845 521 0123.

At certain times of the year there is the opportunity for you to place an Advance Order to enable you to order and pay for certain products and have the products delivered to the delivery address of your choice on the official launch/availability date. If you place such an order and also order other products from the website the order will only be processed in its entirety and dispatched to the delivery address to meet the launch date of the Advance Order item(s). If you wish to order items for immediate processing and dispatch you will need to order them separately from any items included in the Advance Order facility.

Goods are invoiced in pounds sterling at the price applying at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT") which will be charged at the current rate as shown on the on-line order form and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit. The prices indicated apply only to on-line purchases and are not indicative of the price of identical goods purchased at our retail outlets or by any other means.

We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. Ikon tries to ensure that all prices displayed are correct and within the company's pricing structure. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price on notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full by Ikon.

 

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.  Customers awaiting deliveries to Northern Ireland may need to wait an extra day to receive their order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. The standard service is delivery within 3 working days of dispatching the order.

 

All products require a signature when delivered. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. This will incur an additional postage charge. If we are unable to contact you we will refund the price of the products only. The original postage charge cannot be refunded due to administrative costs. Once the products are delivered they will become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a legal right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. This right does not apply to any items which include personalised printing, engraving or embroidery.

 

If you wish to cancel your order please write to us at Customer Services, Ikon Schools & Sports, 571 Southmead Road, Filton, Bristol BS10 5NL or email us customerservices@ikonsports.com with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products they must be returned to us in their original condition and carefully repackaged, with the original docket as proof of purchase and order number. Please ensure to quote your order number on all correspondence.

 

Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products. Please note that any carriage charges already incurred by Ikon at the point of cancellation will not be credited.

In addition to the right of cancellation in the Cancellation Rights condition above, Ikon operates a Returns Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. Please ensure to quote your order number on all correspondence.

 

When making a refund, we will credit our delivery charges if the reason for return is because of our error or if the products are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity.

If, for any reason, you need to return a product and re-order or exchange (for example, because you require a different size) you will be charged the cost of the second delivery.

In the event that an order is placed after 12.00 noon on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, the goods would be delivered by 5.00pm on the following Wednesday. If a delivery order was placed after 12.00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Easter Bank Holiday, the goods would be delivered by 5.00pm on the following Wednesday.

Once any personalised printing or engraving has been completed, we cannot provide a refund.  We reserve the right not to print anything which could be deemed as offensive. Under normal circumstances please allow ten days for delivery. 

Breakages and damaged must be advised in writing or by email within three days of delivery. Ikon will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible or refund 100% of the value of the broken goods at our discretion. Ikon reserves the right to insist on the return of the damaged goods before taking any remedial action.

We are unable to accept credit [or debit] cards that are due to expire within the next 10 (ten) days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained by Ikon.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you or any third party for any:

In any event our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the goods purchased. These Purchase Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or otherwise.

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation between the on screen and actual product colours. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
